70 % + security deposit (100 % refundable on check out) to be paid on arrival

Different times for the check in / check out are extra charged 20€ each. From 24:00 to 6:00 extra charge is 40€.

Milan Special Event surcharge is + 30 % to be added on top of the normal rate.
